The Hobbit House in the Ermita area has reached such heights online travel magazines because of the,uh,small nest of its wait-staff.Long before Peter Jackson turned The Lord of the Rings trilogy into a household commodity, the bar had already usurped Tolkien territory.Decorating its interiors with swords, lights, plant tables, paintings and decors that evoke Middle Earth.Oh yeah, costumers are waited upon by a bunch of very charming midgets,uh,little people.Much like the shire. The ambiance is priceless.Check out the pub's "beers, ales and ciders from around the world" selection and its home made pizza.Served of course by your friendly waiters from Middle Earth.Going to this bar on Del Pilar is a hard hobbit to break.
The Hobbit House is at 1212 M.H.Del Pilar St.Ermita.
